Riga Sightseeing

A third of Latvians live in the country's capital city, Riga, which is also the largest city of the Baltic States. The city is split in two by the Daugava River. It's historical centre, known as Old Town, on the east side of the river, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

Further out from the river, to the west of Old Town you can find the cities Art Nouveau District. While a visit to the western side of the city includes sights such as Victory Park and the Holy Trinity Church.
