Yes you can bring non-alcoholic drinks and cold food on the bus. Alcoholic drinks and hot meals are not permitted on Red Sightseeing buses.

Service dogs as well as smaller and medium-sized dogs are welcome on our buses. If we have allergic people on board, passengers with dogs may be asked to be seated in a specific area of the bus or asked to join another tour.

Yes, if space is limited please be so kind to fold your stroller.

Wheelchairs are welcome if and when there is room to securely fix it with the seat belt. When there is enough space we also welcome mobility scooters.

We encourage you to buy the tickets here online in advance so you are ready to start your hop-on hop-off experience as soon as you arrive. You can also purchase in the city at any of the bus stops with the drivers. We have sales staff stationed at stop 1, stop 22 and stop 8. You can also purchase the tickets inside the Tourist Information Centres.

Our regular tour has stops at Langelinie Pier (stops 13, 14, 15). We have extra buses and a shuttle bus to all cruise ships docked at Ocean Pier (stops 17, 18, 19). We service every cruise ship that comes to Copenhagen.

The earliest we can be with you is at 8:00 am.

If your cruise ship is at Langelinie Pier, you simply take the tour around to stops 13, 14, 15. If your ship is at Ocean Pier, you must hop off at stop 12, the Little mermaid. From here we have a dedicated shuttle bus going to Ocean Pier and to your ship.
